Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your location and to use AI media tools responsibly. If you use this app on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to create, upload, or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content. You are responsible for prompts, reference files, and generated outputs you choose to publish or share.
AI output disclaimers
AI image and video outputs can be inaccurate, biased, or inconsistent. You must review outputs before relying on them for commercial, legal, medical, or safety-sensitive uses. You remain responsible for how generated content is used.
Credits and payments
Paid plans and credit packs unlock generation features. Credit balances may change based on usage and plan status. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for taxes, fees, and valid billing details.
Termination and contact
We may limit or suspend access for policy violations, fraud risk, abuse, or legal compliance needs. You may stop using the service at any time. For account or policy questions, contact us at support@judite.app.
